ks444 Terms and Conditions

1.1 Description of Services

ks444 is an online gaming and betting platform that provides casino games, slots, live casino, and sports betting services for Bangladeshi users. All services offered on this platform are operated for entertainment purposes.

1.2 Age Requirement

1.3 One Person, One Account

Each user may operate only one account. If multiple accounts are found under the same person's name, all accounts will be cancelled and any accumulated bonuses will be forfeited.

Users must provide true, accurate, and complete information during registration and account management. ks444 reserves the right to close the account and forfeit the balance if false information is provided.

2.1 Account Security

It is entirely your responsibility to keep your account login details (username and password) confidential. Do not share this information with anyone else. The user is solely responsible for all activity carried out from their account.

2.2 Unauthorized Access

If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify the ks444 support team immediately. ks444 does not bear responsibility for cybersecurity incidents if the user has been negligent in protecting their own information.

2.3 Reasons for Account Closure

ks444 may suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

• Using false information or a fake identity
• Engaging in fraudulent activity
• Abusing bonus terms or bonus hunting
• Operating multiple accounts
• Attempting to manipulate the system or software
• Attempting to harass or harm another user
• Being underage or failing age verification

3.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount at ks444 is ৳200. Currently accepted payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (including Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, BRAC Bank, and other major commercial banks). Every successful deposit will be reflected in the account as quickly as possible.

3.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawals generally take between 30 minutes and 3 hours to complete. The following conditions must be met when making a withdrawal:

• The withdrawal must be made using the same method used to deposit
• Account verification must be completed
• Applicable wagering requirements must be fulfilled
• The owner of the account requesting the withdrawal and the payment account must be the same person

3.3 Third-Party Payments

Depositing into or withdrawing from ks444 using another person's payment account is strictly prohibited. If such a transaction is detected, the account will be suspended.

3.4 Currency

All transactions at ks444 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New users at ks444 will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 earns a ৳2,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳3,000. For deposits of ৳10,000 or more, the maximum bonus of ৳20,000 applies.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

Wagering requirements must be met before winnings from a bonus can be withdrawn. At ks444, wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only (not deposit + bonus). The wagering requirement is 10x.

4.3 General Bonus Terms

• Bonuses are for personal use only and may not be shared with third parties
• The same bonus cannot be claimed more than once on a single account
• If an unusual betting pattern is detected on a specific game while using a bonus, the bonus may be cancelled
• The validity period and other conditions of a bonus will be stated in the detailed description of each offer
• ks444 reserves the right to modify or cancel the bonus program at any time

4.4 VIP Program

The ks444 VIP program has three tiers. Players can advance to higher tiers through regular play:

• Bronze: weekly cashback up to 0.4%
• Silver: weekly cashback up to 0.8%
• Gold: weekly cashback up to 1.2%

VIP tier is determined based on a player's activity and engagement on the platform. Advancing to a higher tier unlocks additional benefits and services.

5.1 Fair Play Policy

All games on ks444 are operated in a fair and transparent manner. The platform uses software from certified game providers to ensure fair play. Users may not attempt to influence game outcomes through any strategy or software.

5.2 Types of Bets

In the sports betting section, bets can be placed on cricket, football, kabaddi, and many other sports. All betting terms are set before the game begins and are settled accordingly.

5.3 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on ks444:

• Using automated betting software or bots
• Abusing bonuses through multiple accounts
• Colluding with other players
• Money laundering or illegal financing
• Exploiting technical errors or bugs in the platform
• Playing under a false identity or identity fraud

5.4 Dispute Resolution
